TDK-Lambda Americas, a group within the TDK Corporation, has introduced a new line of "green" 250 and 500 watt power supplies that comply with the European energy saving requirements of the ErP (Energy related Products) Directive. Ideal for use in industrial, broadcast, and communications applications, the GWS250 and GWS500 series AC-DC power supplies employ innovative design techniques to combine high efficiency, high power-density, and low standby power consumption (<0.5 W, no-load) with the confidence of a 5-year warranty.
