Mars International manufactures high-quality, affordable electrical and mechanical assemblies both domestically and abroad. In addition to our world class manufacturing, Mars offers product development services with a design for manufacturing approach.

We offer high quality printed circuit board assemblies manufactured in Piscataway, New Jersey. At this facility we have three manufacturing lines including SMT, wave, and 3D optical inspection equipment. This facility is capable of low to mid-range volumes. We also offer high-volume manufacturing through our off-shore facilities, with complete turnkey production of custom plastic injection molding and retail packaging in addition to printed circuit board assembly. Offshore production can then be either dropped-shipped to you or shipped to our facility in NJ for inventory management and distribution.

We are also proficient in product design and development, offering a comprehensive spectrum of product design services, encompassing everything from specification generation, circuit design, software and firmware development, mechanical design, and production test fixture design— all consolidated under one roof.
