The RAA210925 is a 25 A dual channel output which can be programmed to output voltages as low as 0.6 V and offers better than 90% efficiency on most conversion ratios. Operating with switching frequencies as high as 1 MHz, the RAA210925 can react to any output current load step within one single cycle, using Renesas' proprietary ChargeMode control loop architecture. A point-of-load solution, the RAA210925 offers PMBus interface for telemetry and configuration. An array of protection features like UVLO, overtemperature, OCP, and OVP guarantees safe operations under abnormal operating conditions. As mentioned earlier, the differentiated HDA packaging technology allows for highly efficient heat transfer to the PCB, making a power dense solution in a small 18 mm x 23 mm x 7.5 mm footprint.
