Comparator_E is an analog voltage comparator that can support up to 16 independent channels. The COMP_E module supports precision slope analog-to-digital conversions, supply voltage supervision, and monitoring of external analog signals. In capacitive touch applications, the programmable voltage hysteresis generator is very useful. Some other features of the Comparator include an inverting and non inverting terminal input multiplexer, a software-selectable RC filter for the comparator output, an output internally tied to Timer_A capture input, a ultralow-power comparator mode and an interrupt driven measurement system for low-power operation support.
