The MIC38150 has an input voltage range of 3 to 5.5V, with a guaranteed continuous output current of 1.5A. The HELDO device has an adjustable output voltage to 1V and is characterized by low output noise, ultra fast transient performance, micro power shutdown, and 70dB PSRR at 1kHz. The MIC38300 and 38150 are pin for pin compatible devices, and both are offered in a 4mm x 6mm MLF package.
