The MCP215x can receive an additional 4 bytes. When 64 bytes are received, the Data will be processed, formatted, and then transmitted to the Primary Device. If the Host UART Baud rate is 19200, then the Receive Data Time window will close, which forces CTS High, before 64 Bytes could be received. The Data in the Host UART Receive Buffer will be processed, formatted, and then transmitted to the Primary Device. Any data that is being received when CTS is driven high will not be lost.
