H48-6A Silicone Based Gap Filter Slide 7

H48-6A is a high-performance, low thermal impedance, silicone-based gap filler which is available in thickness up to 2 mm. It has a thermal conductivity of 4 W/m-k which makes it sit firmly in the mid-high level thermal performance for gap fillers. It is commonly used for power electronics, LED, and consumer lighting applications.
