TE's processors offer a variety of options for advanced connectivity
TE’s XB 17 and XB 19 processors boast features and options that will give production runs the extra dynamic needed for any application. Compared to traditional heat guns, the XB 17 belt heater is a more reliable, safer, and faster alternative heat shrink wire processing application. Its compact, conveyor-style machine provides a controlled process for a wide variety of heat shrink products. The XB 19 machine is a continuous-running process belt heater that works for a wide range of workpieces and substrates, including Raychem tubing products for ring and FASTON terminals. Double-sided timing belts work to draw assemblies through a thermally controlled infrared heat zone and then through a fan-cooled zone before depositing them safely into an unloading bin.
