General Purpose and Low VCE(sat) Transistors

onsemi's family of transistors are surface mount devices featuring ultra-low saturation voltage, V_CE(sat), and high current gain capability. These are designed for use in lower voltage, high-speed switching applications where affordable, efficient energy control is important. Housed in an ultra-slim LFPAK4 5 mm x 6 mm package, typical applications are DC-DC converters and power management in portable and battery-powered products such as cellular and cordless phones, digital cameras, and MP3 players where PCB space is at a premium. The LFPAK4 5 mm x 6 mm package also contains wettable flanks required for the automotive industry's optical inspection methods implemented in end applications such as air bag deployment, powertrain control units, and instrument clusters.
