HMC510 Voltage-Controlled Oscillator

Analog Devices offers their VCO with dual outputs, 4.5 GHz and 9 GHz, for satellite communications

Image of Analog Devices' HMC510 Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) ADI's HMC510 are GaAs/InGaP heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs). These VCOs are dual output with center frequency being at 4.5 GHz and 9 GHz. The HMC510 integrates resonators, varactor diodes, and features half-frequency and divide-by-four outputs. With a 5 V supply voltage needed the power output will be +13 dBm typical. The HMC510 comes in a leadless, QFN, 5 mm x 5 mm, surface-mount package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
