Analog Devices ADuM541x and ADuM641x | DigiKey Daily

The ADuM541X and ADuM641X are quad-channel digital isolators with isoPower® and integrated, isolated DC-to-DC converters. Based on the Analog Devices iCoupler® technology, the DC-to-DC converter provides regulated, isolated power that is adjustable between 3.15 V and 5.25 V, and provides up to 150 mW of output power. The iCoupler chip scale transformer technology is used for isolated logic signals and for the magnetic components of the DC-to-DC converters. The result is a small form factor, total isolation solution. These isolators are ideal in I/O modules for process control and smart energy meters. They are offered in a small, 24-lead ASOP/SSOP package and have agency certification of UL, CSA, and VDE.
