Terms and Conditions of the Digi-Key IoT video release
Contestants may register March 2020 through May 2020. Winners will be drawn at random and the winners will be announced the first week of each month through June. We will contact the winners via email to provide contact information.
Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Contestants can only be selected one time for a prize.
No purchase necessary. You only need to fill register to get a chance to win. Contestants must over the age of 18.
Employees of Digi-Key Electronics and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes. A person cannot enter on behalf of another person. One entry per person.
Prizes are nontransferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The winner is responsible for all any and all taxes associated with winning a prize.
Digi-Key Electronics reserves the right to reject or discard any incomplete or confusing entry and any entry not submitted in accordance with promotion rules. All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Digi-Key Electronics in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules. Submission of an entry shall indicate the acceptance of these terms and conditions and will waive any claim against Digi-Key Electronics related to this promotion.
