Extreme automotive conditions have met their match thanks to AEC-Q101 qualification and operating junction temperatures of up to +175°C. A maximum on-resistance of 3.8 mΩ and a low gate charge ensure enhanced efficiency and minimized energy losses. Superior thermal performance enables stable operation under heavy loads, reducing the risk of failure while extending the system lifespan.

Available in compact DFN5060 and DPAK SMD packages, these MOSFETs offer high power density and rapid switching to meet the evolving needs of advanced automotive systems, as well as motor drives and DC/DC converters.
