HTSC Series High Temperature Silicon Capacitors

The HTSC series from IPDiA provides high capacitor stability over the full -55°C to +200°C temperature range with a temperature coefficient lower than ±1%

HTSC Series High Temperature Silicon CapacitorsIPDiA's high temperature silicon capacitors are dedicated to applications where reliability up to 200°C is the main parameter. IPDIA Silicon Caps are offering densities similar to those of X7R-based capacitors with the performance of COG/NP0-based capacitors. HTSC provides the highest capacitor stability over the full -55°C to +200°C temperature range in the market with a temperature coefficient lower than ±1%. The IPDiA technology features high reliability, up to 10 times better than alternative capacitor technologies such as tantalum or MLCC, and eliminates cracking phenomena. Silicon Capacitor technology also offers a very stable capacitor value over the full operating voltage and temperature range, with a high and stable insulation resistance. This silicon-based technology is RoHS compliant and compatible with lead-free reflow soldering process.
