BHWL160 Wideband Low Noise Amplifier for Multiband GNSS
BHW’s BHWL160 can be used in a wide frequency range from 600 MHz to 2.5 GHz for GNSS applications
BHW’s innovative broadband ultra-low noise and high IIP3 designs help achieve sub-1 meter accuracy for all-band all-constellation GPS/GNSS solutions.
Housed in a tiny 1.45 mm x 1 mm 6L-DFN package, BHWL160 is a state-of-the-art low noise amplifier (LNA) that can be used in a wide frequency range from 600 MHz to 2.5 GHz. For GNSS applications, it provides simultaneous, uncompromised performance across all bands of all constellations (GPS, Galileo, Beidou, NavIC, and GLONASS) from 1176 MHz to 1610 MHz with a single, simple matching network. BHWL160 also features high input P1dB and IIP3/IIP2, with adjustable current over a wide supply voltage from 1.2 V to 3.6 V.
